FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Room Capacity: 50 people seated and a cocktail-style capacity of 80.

Persons under 21 are allowed in the building only with parental supervision and strictly for PRIVATE bookings only. Persons under 21 are still not permitted to drink.

Please note we do not have high chairs or seating for babies or toddlers. 

You may bring in desserts for a dessert table if you would like. If bringing cake or dessert you must bring in small disposable plates and we will provide silverware and napkins for you.

Sips & Stones does not provide any mirrors, candles, centerpieces, or other decor. 

Nothing can be hung from the ceiling or walls without the consent of your Sips & Stones Representative. NO tacks, nails, or screws may be used under any circumstance.

Candles may be used; however they must be in glass containers.

Absolutely no confetti, beads, or stones are allowed on the tables.

You are responsible for your own decor setup and must finish in the time allotted.

The time of your event will be included in your contract. The room must be completely cleared by the end time listed.

Holding a Reservation; Because of the high volume inquiries, dates cannot be held and your reservation will not be confirmed until your deposit is received by a Sips & Stones representative. *Deposit is non-refundable if less than 90 days till your event.

Your final contract must be completely filled out and signed by you, the guest, and delivered to a Sips & Stones representative to finalize your reservation.

Final Payment is due the day of your event. Sips & Stones will not accept a personal check for final payment. Accepted forms of payment are cash, credit card, debit card, or cashier’s check. There will be a 3% processing fee if paying with a credit card.
